Dr. Coveney is committed to patient satisfaction, continuing education, and keeping up to date with the latest in hearing technology. Treatment plans always include a three year warranty and loss and damage insurance. In addition, all patients receive free batteries for the life of the device.
How will I know what the results are for my patient?
All patients that are referred to Audiology & Hearing Aids of the Palm Beaches will receive a comprehensive report showing the results and what the doctor’s recommendations are for the patient’s treatment plan. After the 75-day trial, you will receive a follow up report of the patient’s satisfaction of the devices and any additional feedback they have about their experience. These reports can be sent to you via fax, email, or mail. Just let us know how you would prefer to receive your patients results and we will accommodate to your needs!
What kind of insurance do you accept?
We accept most insurance including Medicare, Bluecross/Blueshield, USA MCO, Ameriplan, HMA-A Multiplan Company, CIGNA HealthCare of Flordia, Coventry HealthCare, Fortified Provider Network (FPN), Humana, Welborn Health Plans, Prime Health Services, Three Rivers Provider Network, Galaxy, Evolutions, and Stratose Contract. Upon request we can verify a patients insurance before they come in for their appointment.

What is the difference between referring your patient to a doctor of audiology versus an ear nose and throat doctor?
An ear nose and throat doctors’ main focus is the physical properties of the ear. A doctor of audiology are certified to treat hearing loss and make referrals to an ear nose and throat doctor for medical or surgical needs. When it comes to hearing loss 90 percent of the issues are treatable through visiting a doctor of audiology which gives patients a one stop provider.
